Booking Policy

By making a reservation with The Star Hotel, you accept and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy, and to any additional terms and conditions that may apply to your reservation including the relevant house rules for services rendered and/or products offered by The Star Hotel.

Bookings & Cancellation Policy

A credit/debit card is required as a guarantee.

Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 2 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Please note that certain rates, fees or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or change.

If you have a late or delayed arrival on the check-in date or only arrive the next day, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with The Star Hotel so we know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your reservation or charge of the no-show fee. The Star Hotel does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee.

  • Up to Two Children age 16 and under in a Family Room

Check In / Check Out

  • You may check in from 14:00 hours.
  • You must check out by 11:00 hours.
